This is the official site for Mzuri Kaja Development Society (MKDS),

a village-owned society for the development of Mzuri Kaja village, Makunduchi, Zanzibar Islands.

 Our Logo:
The logo depicts the baobab tree. The tree is of great importance to the community of Mzuri Kaja - both physically, medicinally, and spiritually. The local traditional medicine man call it "Mkuu hapingwa", literally meaning "the leader is not opposed"
